I stopped in earlier today (8/26) to pick up some photo paper and a camera body for a class. I was helped very quick and absolutely did
not feel like I dealing with a used car salesman, which was my fear going in. Despite this being my first time in the shop I felt like I
was treated like a regular. Prices were better than expected and the experience was positive. It struck me as the kind of store where they
seek to build a strong relationship with customers rather than nickel and dime them. Thanks a bunch guys. I've a few more things I need and
I'll be back.

I'm on my 13th camera from Campus Camera, I couldn't even begin to count the number of lens', flashes as well as other supplies. I have been a professional photojournalist in Louisiana and Kansas, but always returned to Kent, Ohio to buy new equipment.
In a time when store loyalty is often traded for price I wouldn't trade having Campus Camera available.
There is no better customer service available anywhere.
I am grateful for having discovered Campus Camera while at K.S.U. twenty some years ago. I hope they continue to enjoy the success they have had over the years.

I have been purchasing from Campus for the last two years or so and couldn't be happier. Never been happy dealing with other camera store employees at northeast ohio camera stores. Great customer service and prices!

The Campus Camera lab tech, Sue, provides excellent customer service. She understands the print process and how to adjust the colors/tones/etc. to provide for superior image quality.

I can call her about an order, tell her I used a special color profile, and she'll make sure the prints look great! Sue will always call if there is the slightest doubt in the contents of an order, which I have greatly appreciated.

I recently went to Dodd Camera in Fairlawn because it was closer to my house. I will say this, I will drive to Kent from now on for any photo business. You guys have the best customer service. I really appreciate the advice you guys give and how you handle your customers. Keep up the good work.

I can't believe I ever bought any camera gear from the camera chain stores (which are slowly disappearing) or a big box store.  My first experience at Campus Camera was great.  It started with  phone call to inquire about a lens thatNOBODY carries (a Sony 24-70 f/2.8), and sure enough they had it.  I was able to try it on my camera body and fell in love with it.  You can't do that through the internet, nor can you do it at any other store in Northeast Ohio (nobody has them).  My last purchase was a simple flash diffuser, but I walked away with a lot more than the flash diffuser.  I got a lesson in flash photography that I was able to put to use the very next day for an event that I was covering.  I won't go anywhere else from now on.  Keep it up guys!

I just wanted to let you guys know that the Nikon D300 I purchased from you a couple of years ago has now turned over 40,000 shots.  I bought it when it first came out and you guys were the only ones who had it in stock and sold it to me at the normal price, unlike others who added a fee.  I mainly use the camera for concert photography, and I shoot plenty, but I also picked up a gig working freelance for Channel 3.  The camera, from day one, has never given me a problem, nor has it missed a beat.  You guys sell top quality stuff and you can bet I'll make my next major Nikon purchase from you.
