Store News: As you can see, I have reverted back to the old design of the website. It's simpler, but after months of pulling my hair out trying to make a "cool" site, I think we'll stick to this one for now.

As some of you may have heard, Sony has introduced the worlds 1st Single Lens Translucent Mirror DSLR. The Alpha a55 and Alpha a33 will be here in the middle of September. In a neat note, Campus Camera was the 1st store in the entire country to order both of these cameras. They will be awesome sellers for sure.

Nikon has brought out a new DSLR, the D3100. It utilizes the same sensor as the Sony NEX cameras have so it should be a nice entry-level camera system. They have also announced 4 new lenses. I'm interested in seeing the new 85mm f/1.4 and the 24-120mm f/4 VR, myself. We will see all of those in September.

Speaking of introductions, not to be outdone, Canon has announced the new 60D and a plethora of new lenses. We have ordered the new camera bodies and the new 8-15mm Fisheye lens. For our professional shooters, there are 2 new lenses that you may want. Though pricing is "TBA", we are looking forward to the EF300mm f/2.8 L IS and the EF400mm f/2.8 L IS.

We offer Sensor Cleaning on most DSLRs. Unlike our competition, we normally charge anywhere from $15 (for a "no-touch" cleaning) to $30. Why pay $70 for a service that takes 1-2 weeks when you can come here and spend a lot less? Not to mention, we usually have it done in 1-2 business days!

We love selling camera equipment, but don't forget about our photo lab. We have the best around and we invite you to try it. We work with everyone's pictures! Sue is our print specialist and she does outstanding work on every picture. Whether it is a wedding, a birthday or even a snapshot, she takes the time to make every shot look the best it possibly can. I've seen our competitors and I've seen the "Discount" labs, and our pictures are just better, period.
